Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) Northern Railways (NR) invited online applications from the applicants to apply for 1646 apprentices. These apprentices will get training in the trades mentioned in the notification at workshops/units in the Northern Region. Before applying online, applicants must ensure the eligibility conditions provided in the notice. Upon fulfilling the same, they can submit their Northern Railway Apprentice Application online starting January 10, 2024. The apprentice will be engaged in the eight divisions of Jaipur in multiple trades, the details of which are provided in the given article.

RRC NR Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Notification

Applicants aged between 15 and 24 (as of 10.02.2024) have completed their matric from a recognised institution. They must have also passed the ITI from the trade given. As per the RRC Northern Railway Apprentice Notification, the trade for which applicants can apply is as follows.

The applicants will be shortlisted based on the marks secured in the matriculation and ITI. If any two applicants have secured the same marks, the applicant’s older will be preferred. In the interest of the applicants, they should submit their application before the last date to avoid any last-minute rush. The last to submit the RRC NR Apprentice Application is February 10, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for RRC NR Apprentice Recruitment 2024

Applicants must check the eligibility conditions before submitting the application, whose details are given as.

1. Education Qualification: 10th Pass With 50% marks in aggregate.
   • National Trade Certificate in notified trade from NCVT or SCVT.
2. Age Limit: 15 to 24 years as of 10 February 2024.
   • Certain relaxation will be awarded to reserved categories in the upper age limit.

• On the home page, applicants may tap on the apprentice recruitment link.
• It will take you to the new page, where applicants must provide the basic details.
• Ensure that applicants have their aadhaar card when submitting the form.
• Candidates can apply for any of the units given.
• Upload the required document and pay the application fee of Rs 100.
• Anyone who submits multiple applications with different details is liable to be rejected.
• Download the submitted application form for future reference purposes.

RRC NR Apprentice Jobs Application Fee

Only such applications were considered completed whose application fee is received by the RRC (if applicable). So, applicants must pay their fees before the due date whose structure is given.

2. SC/ST/PWD/Women: Nil

RRC Railway Apprentice Jobs Selection Process

The authority will draw a merit list based on the marks secured by the candidates in their 10th (50% marks) and in the trade they are applying for.

In case of a tie in the marks, the older applicant will be preferred. But if the DOB is also the same, the applicants who completed matriculation earlier shall be preferred.
