Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) released a recruitment notification for 2354 Posts and invited eligible applicants to apply for Grade IV posts in 14 different departments. Applicants who intend to apply for the posts confirm their eligibility before applying. You can apply for the posts online from the DSSSB Portal from January 9, 2024, to February 7, 2024. DSSSB will conduct a single-tier examination against the notified vacancies to recruit the applicants. Application received by an authority other than online will be summarily rejected, and no plea regarding this will be entertained.

On 22 December 2023, DSSSB advertised a new notification 05/2023 for a combined examination for 2354 posts. The minimum age to apply for the posts is 18 years, and the maximum depends on the posts you are eligible for. Each post has a different education qualification as per the post needed. If you are looking to apply for any of the given posts, you must be eligible for age, education, and experience (if needed) by 7 February 2024. Based on the marks secured by the applicants in the examination will determine whether they will be shortlisted or not. How to apply Online for DSSSB Recruitment for Various Posts?

Eligible applicants may submit their application online from the DSSSB Portal, but they must read the instructions before applying online. Here, we have shared some steps involved in the online application of DSSSB Recruitment.

• Now, tap the recruitment available in the notice board section on the home page.
• Here the latest recruitment details will appear.
• Applicants have to select the 05/2023 notification number.
• Now, the applicants need to do a one-time registration in the portal; those who have already registered may log in with their details.
• Once you register, log in with the details received and fill out the application form.
• Provide the correct details as appear on your documents and another certificate.
• In case of discrepancy, the applicant’s candidature will be cancelled in future stages.

DSSSB Junior Assistant Application Fee

The board will not consider applications without an application fee. So, applicants must pay the application fee of Rs 100 (exempted for Women/SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen). This fee can be paid online by SBI e-pay. Payments made other than in the mode given will not be counted, and the fee, once paid, will not be refunded.

DSSSB Recruitment Selection Procedure

The authority will invite the registered applicants for the computer-based examination, whose date and time will be notified via a separate notice. In this, the applicants have to secure the cut-off marks suggested by the board, and a list of applicants will be shortlisted for further procedure, which could be the skill test and document verification.

Tier I Exam Scheme Details

The Tier 1 exam will be conducted online by the board in English and Hindi. The total duration of the examination is 2 hours. It comprises 200 MCQs from 6 different sections carrying one mark each.
