Air Force Agniveer Recruitment 2024

As the much-awaited notification for 2024 is released by the Indian Airforce, applicants must now submit their application online, which will commence on Jan 17, 2024. Intermediate pass applicants or those with a diploma certificate in engineering or a non-vocational course certificate are eligible to apply. Education Qualification

For Science Students:

• Passed the Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics, and English from a recognised board Or

• Have a three-year diploma certificate in Engineering Or

• Passed two-year vocational Courses with Non Vocational Subjects (Physics and Maths)

• Securing 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English in all three conditions.

IAF Agniveer Vayu Selection Process

Air Force Agniveer Recruitment selection process will go through some stages, and applicants must qualify each stage to shortlist their name in the merit list: –

Phase 1: The online written test will be held on March 17, 2024. Applicants will be invited to based on the submitted application.

Phase 2: Documents of the shortlisted applicants will be verified in this stage. Later, physical fitness in two further stages, i.e. PFT 1 and PFT 2 will be conducted.

• PFT 1: Under this, candidates must run a distance of 1.6 km within 7 and 8 minutes for males and females, respectively.

• PFT-2: PFT 1 qualified will have to undergo PFT 2, where they need to perform the following fitness test:

Adaptability Test: On qualifying PFT, applicants must undergo this test to ensure they can adapt.

Medical Test: The authority will issue a medical appointment letter to the shortlisted applicants. They need to report on the date mentioned to the respective ASCs.
