SBI PO 2021 Interview/Final Selection List
The Candidates who have Shortlisted in SBI PO Mains merit listed will be called for the next stage as GD/Interview. The final selection of the aspirants will be totally based on the marks scored by the candidates in the SBI PO Mains Exam and in a descriptive paper would be summarised to the Marks achieved in the interview and then the final scored card of SBI PO Mains will be prepared. It is to be clarified to the candidates that marks of prelims would not be considered for the final selection list.
The Marks obtained by the Aspirants in the SBI PO Mains exam(250 marks) are taken as 75 marks and (Interview)Phase-III (50 marks) are taken as max 25 marks. The final merit is made after adding both phases-(Max 100) considered from SBI Mains & Descriptive/Interview. The Aspirant will be clasp from the top merit ranked according to different categories.

Step 2)– Then Aspirant has to tap on SBI PO Mains Result 2021 in the latest section.

No There is no sectional Cut off marks In the SBI PO Mains exam. The candidate who shortlisted in overall cut off marks will be called for an interview, and it is expected that the SBI PO Mains Result will be released in the last week of February 2021.
SBI PO Employee gets a total of Rs 40000/- to 42000/- INR (as per 7th pay Commission). The CTC Salary of the SBI Probationary Officer is Rs. 27,620/- (In hand pay) which is further promote to four Advance(increments) extensions. The Salary of a Probationary Officer is 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7- 42020.
Candidates after selecting for the SBI Probationary Officer will be allotted different branches of SBI Banks and he will be in a training period for the Successing 2 years(called as Probation Period). In the probation, period candidates have to undergo certain Internal Tests to fixed for the position.
This is the last phase of the exam, in which the candidate has to score out of 50 marks(Interview 30 marks and Group Exercise 20 marks)
There will be maximum 100 marks by which candidate will finally be selected as SBI PO.
