Haryana Movement pass: The Haryana government already issuing movement pass to their citizens for essential services but now they have also started issuing service resumes pass to the industrial operation and both these passes can be applied through the saralharyana.gov.in official portal. To apply for the pass you need to provide some details and also need to upload some documents which we have discussed in the below section. The application submitted will be verified by the concerned official first and they will decide whether the pass should issue or not.

Since the lockdown is implemented in the nation, all state governments are providing movement pass to their citizens who are giving their essential services or having any kind of medical problem. But now as the relaxation was granted by the central government from 20 April in the green zone so, in view-to of this, the state government started offering passes to some of their industrial sectors who are associated with essential services only. But the pass is not going to be issued easily because the application will be scrutinized by the officials and if they thought that the service is necessary then only they will issue such passes.

Whereas for the industrial sector the application form will go through for verification to the senior officials.

Documents required for Haryana Movement pass

Below we have given the list of documents required for movement as well as the Industrial service resumes pass.

Movement pass

Identity proof (need to submit any one ID card which is listed below)

  • Driving license
  • Passport
  • Aadhaar card
  • Voter ID card
  • State government Id
  • Central government id
  • PAN card

Supporting documents for the purpose

  • Medical prescription, duty order of government employee, etc.

For an industrial worker to resume services

  • Declaration (download link of a declaration is given below)
  • Registration certificate of establishment Example Industries establishment etc
  • Standard operating procedure (SOP) with proof
  • Supporting documents, as proof for continuous process or unit falling in EOU or SEZ or IR, etc.

  • For registering the application of “movement pass” you need to visit the saralhayrana.nic.in
  • Now on the home page of the portal, you need to click on the movement pass link.

Steps to apply for services resumes pass in Haryana

If you want to apply for the industrial service resume pass then you need to follow the steps given below:

  • Visit the official website saralharyana.nic.in
  • Now you need to do log in at the portal and if you are a new user then ‘register first’

  • Once you sign in to the portal click on the “apply services” and then view all available services
  • Next, you need to search the application to resume operation of Industrial/commercial establishment during a lockdown
  • Fill the form with all the details and upload the documents as we listed above in this article.
  • Press the submit button for final submission.

Process of application approval

Applicants as you applied for a pass then it will send for the verification to the concerned authority, below we have given the process of application approval or rejection for industrial applicants:

  • Once the application was submitted, it will be sent to the concerned committee which was headed by the SDM.
  • After this, it will be accepted or reject by the committee.
  • If on rejection the message will be sent to the applicants that their application has been rejected
  • Whereas if the application approved its approval communication sent to the applicant which contains the approval ID.
  • Now applicants need to visit the official portal and login with the approval ID on approval letter and mobile number.
  • After this enter the OTP which was received on the registered mobile number to login to the portal.
  • Next, you need to download the CSV file in which you need to fill the details of the worker which will be on duty and submit the file.
  • After that print the passes issued from the system.

Application verification

  • If the employee in the company is less than 25 then the application will be verified by the SDM.
  • But if the number of employees is 25 to 200 then the application will be verified by the ADC/commissioner MC and,
  • If the employee is more than200 then the application will be verified by the Deputy Commissioner.

Track Application status

Applicants once you applied for the movement pass, then you can check the status of your application by just sending a text message to a given number and you will get to know the status of your application.

Type SARAL <space> <application ID/Ticket No.> and send it to 7738299899 (from your registered mobile number)
