  1. Always there’s an increase of minimum wage are you paying attention to those employees that don’t get increases the salary because minimum is cents increase to new minimum wage. I mean those workers who works in the company for longer period of time. Just this is applicable to newly hired. And some big companies here they don’t follow in terms of benefits of employees.
