$7500 Canada Tax Credit Approved: The federal government along with the Canada Revenue Agency has launched the Canada Tax Credit which is also known as the Multigenerational Home Renovation Tax Credit. It is a refundable credit which assists the cost of an eligible dwelling renovation to create a secondary united which allows the qualifying individuals to live with a qualifying related.

  1. Why is this not offered to seniors born lower than 1959 ?Also to the age of 86, I still live in my own house but it needs work done on it to be more efficient.
